Not good service. you have to wait for someone too serve you long period wait

Really bad service. You cannot call them directly, so call head office where they say they will get Goulburn to call... they don't and then you get hit with a demerit point from Centrelink!Got another text re a phone appt happening the next day, they didn't call - so again, I called head office, who said Goulburn have in the computer system that they called you a number of times and emailed and posted a letter,???.....someone is lying and it's not me.... no missed calls, no messages, no emails and no letters! Another demerit point issued (for not attending an appt), even after I went in that very day and attended an appointment!!?? is this possibly sour grapes, because I refused to resign with this provider? how unprofessional!!!!The funny thing is I have walked past this office a number of times and never see the people in there working... maybe they are making out to head office they are working hard and logging jobs they don't actually do... but this is at the detriment of clients getting paid from Centrelink. Stay clear of this company! They are a joke and getting paid big money from the Government to actually do NOTHING for you - except potentially get your payments cut off!
