Store Manger has absolutely no respect towards customers.Was so rude & racist. Advertised wrong price , refuse to give at that price & infact was yelling at me saying “ you want to take it you can if not we don’t have to give it”.Well all you have realise is your not the only retailer in this town.

The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond for their customers both new and returning. Have been buying here for years and because of the staff and beautiful products I wouldn’t buy my jewelry anywhere else

Was doing some last minute Christmas shopping as usual.....Went to every jewellery store in Grand Central before deciding on purchasing a gift from Angus and Coote. I was served by Audrey (sorry if the spelling is wrong) and I found her to be an excellent sales woman. There was no pressure to make a purchase and she didn't hurry me to make a decision even though it was extremely busy, being Christmas eve. She is a great asset to the store. Thank you very much.
