Amazing customer service

Consigned my item to a courier who doesn't even deliver to my area. My item sat un claimed in a nearby town for weeks. No one would tell me what was going on. Eventually got a call from a new shipper again. Apparently my item was consigned again, they called me telling me to come get it as they weren't coming out. Very unresponsive and unprofessional

Very disappointed with alpha freight service. As a customer of an online company who used alpha freight to deliver my package, I can honestly say it was the worst level of courier service I’ve encountered in a long time if not ever. Not only was the customer service dismissive when I called to enquire about my package that apparently was “delivered” yet I was home all day and received nothing. When I called to ask about this I was met with a very abrupt response to check the website as it had been marked delivered and if I had an issue I needed to log an inquiry online. I asked to see proof of delivery image and was directed to find that. Once I looked I could see the image was in fact not my property. I immediately called back to communicate this. I was told it was being escalated and investigated and someone would get back to me asap. No call was received. I had to follow up again and was told that they were going to contact the driver to rectify the error and that my parcel would be delivered that day. No delivery came. I then tried to call to follow up yet again but was constantly disconnected from the customer service line without ever reaching someone to speak with. I only received my parcel because the very honest person it was actually delivered to contacted me from the delivery detail sticker and we arranged to hand the parcel over. I received no further follow up from this company and the person who received the parcel in error said she never received any communication from the driver like I was told to rectify the error in delivery.Terrible service.
