Needed my watch battery replaced today, and was in and out of the shop within a few minutes. Bob is very efficient and clearly a pro at what he does, and quoted a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Bob changed my battery on the spot for $15. Very old, tiny watch but it was no problem for him. He also used a batter reader to check it worked and changed my watch to the correct time.

Lost my mates watch, probably gave it to someone else. Insisted that he had given my mate his watch back and refused to take any responsibility for his messup, decided to try and give my mate a faulty Gucci watch. This guy is sketchy and has a very porr business. Do not go to him.

Bob is brilliant, fixed my shattered watch in less than 20 minutes! I got a quote for 100+aud from other shops, but he's done it for 30 & done a great job too. Don't go anywhere else

BoB - Best Of (the) Bunch. :-)Bob is an amazing person to deal with and charged me very nominally for servicing 2 of my vintage watches.I approached him with 3 watches for service, he took in 2 of them and he explained what is the cost of servicing the 3rd watch and why it isn't worth it (unless it has sentimental values) and let me decide on whether I want to go ahead. This is heights of transparency and brilliant customer service. The 2 other watches have been serviced and look amazing and work brilliantly.He is an amazing, friendly & valuable watchmaker and a genuine person.Keep up the great work Bob! Thank you. :-)

Had my watch battery replaced and he did the work infront of me. Process are quick and at fair price.I got a peek on his workshop at back you can tell the man has many years of experience. Very friendly and trustworthy, highly recommended.

Took my watch for service and says he’s also going to clean it too. Picked up 3 weeks after and have no idea if he actually serviced it or not, didn’t say or explain what he did except to show that it’s running, he might have serviced it, he might have not, who knows? And yeah didn’t clean the watch too. Not gonna go back to him.
