Snooze Mile End
Poor customer service. Checked the product on Thursday and Lady told us to come around closing time on weekend for pick up. When we visited on Sunday close to 5pm (closing time), she said that she is understaffed and can't deliver matress today. (from literally back warehouse to our car) . Ended up buying next shop for similar price. Whoever owns the shop, this message is especially for you.

I cannot remember the lady who served me but she was very knowledgable and helpful. I am really happy with my new mattress, bed base with headboard. Thanks to her knowledge and experience, she measured out everything for me and made sure it would all fit into my bedroom in my new home. I had no issues with the delivery and assembly. Everything was delivered on the stated date and assembled with no hassles.

Terrible value for money, with extremely high sale" prices. Do not shop at this store if you are planning to buy a long term mattress. Almost every mattress instore has a pillow top or is single sided

Really poor product equally. I have recently purchased a tiffeny bed but it's top portion is coming out from it's frame. Have a look of the picture
