I'm a Strata Manager who has been using Paul's services for a number of properties I manage in the North Shore & Hills District. The work Paul continuously produces is exceptional and his professionalism with the committee members is of the highest quality that many now only request for him to complete the work. It's great to have someone I can rely on.

I was very very disappointed with the service.He fixed the front door for me, and I was satisfied with his professionalism at the beginning.So, I called him again to fix something else.I called, sent text messages and emails numerous times, but didn't get answer back for a week.When he finally answered back, it was 1 week later, he apologised, saying he was busy and we made an appointment.But, he didn't show up for the appointment.When I called him, he said that he was running late.He didn't show up in the end, nor answer back my call or text message.I understand that trades-persons sometimes can be busy with schedules.So, I understand that Paul cannot always offer his hands at certain point of time in the year, but handling clients like this certainly does not look very professional!If this is the way he runs his business, I wouldn't recommend him to others.

Paul is a very experienced builder who are both professional and helpful. This is our first time renovating our home and Paul has gone out his way to keep in inform in all areas of construction, he was able to explains the process in details and is very ethical and informative, especially letting us know of Council's requirements and what is appropriate when it come to discussing our design. He has no trouble understanding the design that we want and is very efficient. Would definitely recommend to others.

Paul, I can't thank you enough for the amazing work you and your crew have done on my home.You have converted an aged home into a modern place to be proud of.The perfectionism shown in all the renovations is to be admired. The price was very reasonable for the kitchen cabinets, flooring, tiles, bench tops, windows, bathroom and kitchen sinks, plumbing, electrical installations and so much more. I really appreciated the added little touches" you recommended at little or no cost.If I asked for minor adjustments that had to be made
