The practitioners all share the same goal in providing evidence based care to patients to optimise their health & wellness. A beautiful and safe space which is client focused and run by an integrated team of health professionals.

I have been going to Nikki De Jong for a few years now, she does bodywork/massage at Arise. Nikki is the most incredibly talented person I’ve ever met, and such a lovely human, I felt so comfortable instantly. I genuinely could not live as happily as I do now, without her. After every session with Nikki I come out literally feeling like a new born baby. I’ve never been to anyone like her, no one knows their job better than Nikki, and no one works as hard to help their clients. This is the best version of self care for myself, something that i always really look forward to. Thank you sooooo much Nikki ❤️

I was lucky enough to find Nicola a few years ago, her advanced knowledge helped me in a way that I had spent years trying to and failing to find.As Arise has grown I’ve been fortunate enough to meet and work with Nikki and Lydia. As someone with complex medical conditions having a team work together to help me has been an amazing and humbling experience. The care taken by each member at Arise Health is like nothing I’ve quite experienced before.
