If only the staff were well-mannered and nice you could get away with forgetting half the order and having to ask for it... but wait then your order is cold.... one day they will get it hot and correct...

First few times I went to your KFC was quite happy with the food last 3 times I've had it just been really poor.. chips are allways old and undercooked. Burger was tough and dry and there was hardly any gravy in the potato just mainly deb. This time wicked wings were okay last few times they have been that dry where the coating has just fallen straight off and not chewable at all and chicken has been bone dry. For someone that worked at KFC for quite a few years. I know the standards of kfc food and unfortunately it doesn't cut it. I get sometime things can't allways go as plan and sometimes to much food is cooked so it sits there for a while and gets dry but 3 times at different times of the for the same result is just poor.

Very hit or miss KFC, chips are often lukewarm and go cold before you're done eating. Often out of things you want to order. Sometimes you get tiny portions of chicken. Quality isn't what it used to be and you don't get your money's worth anymore. Service is okay I guess. Local places manage to be both cheaper and higher quality, these chains just don't seem to care anymore they sell on brand alone.

We called in yesterday for lunch, looking forward to a zinger box, etc. They were short staffed by the looks, and it took 5 minutes just to place order, and another 5 minutes to arrive. We ate in store and it was nice and clean, and the lunch was good. Big pat on the back to the young guy on the front desk. He handled the situation well under the circumstances, thanked everyone for waiting, and kept his cool.

First i was given the wrong burger.The chips were stale,cold and had so much salt I couldn't eat them. The 2 pieces of chicken did not have a nice crunchy skin. The chicken wasn't hot and not properly cooked which lends to huge health concerns.Pick up your game peopleWill never again eat here.

Check your order carefully. Drove to the park to eat and when we got there half the order was missing. Went back to complain. Got a half arsed apology. Had picked up some extra chicken to take home for leftovers. Got home and my six pack had 5 peices in it. Couldn’t drive back to the store a third time. The people in front of us also had to go back to get forgotten items. Food was quite cold too so not particularly pleasant.

Warmer must be broken- zinger pattie on burger was stone cold. Huge health hazard with chicken not kept at the right temp.Chips were also not cooked, literally still hard and cold.So a completely inedible meal, waste of $15 and could have got food poisoning. Nice work

Nothing to complain about with our order but service took quite a while, possibly lack of staff. The couple who served me was nice but could also clearly hear the workers arguing loudly in the kitchen which made for an awkward waiting experience.

Got served pretty quick, but after being served waited a while for our food. In the time we waited for our food the staff refused to serve anyone else, resulting in 5 people walking out. But drive through was going along nicely…

I asked for a zinger box which comes with a zip get burger chips potato and gravy and 3 wicked and a can of soft drink. Drove all the way back to Violet Town to see that the wicked wings were not in there instead 2 boneless pieces of chicken that are the same size as 2 popcorn chicken out together. Tragic!!! I normally check my order because they always leave something out. Tragic!!!
