The people at Bairnsdale Clocks have been so helpful! Over the past 15 years they have serviced and repaired three of my clocks (which are all family heirlooms) and each one has come back working beautifully.Having visited their business each time I was in Bairnsdale, I fell in love with a longcase clock which (after a long and fairly painless lay-buy) is now chiming in our living room. They delivered it to Melbourne and set it up and I know if anything goes amiss they will be back to sort it out.I would recommend a visit to their shop just to hear the ticking. It's a beautiful sound. Plus, they're really friendly and helpful.
