Ben was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was patient with us as we worked through our specifications, and worked tirelessly to scout, inspect and research properties. He then negotiated extremely effectively to land our property at an excellent price (despite a rising market), and ensured favourable contractual terms and the completion of all due diligence (using his excellent network of service providers). I am convinced that we got a better property faster and at a cheaper price than we would have without his help. He also saved us a huge amount of time and stress. His fees are reasonable and more than pay for themselves in the end. Highly recommend his services to anyone - and in particular those who are fairly new to the property market.
