Very professional people to deal with. Clean and tidy workmanship. Explained all the features, how to operate and maintain the head unit. Also showed us how to clean filter. All possible tidying up after removal of old unit was covered. Highly recommended

We have used Milan/DTF Air on three of our new builds and would happily recommend him to any builder. Milan installed ducted systems in two new houses and a bulkhead system in a new duplex. Milan and his team has been really excellent from start to finish. Milan did an assessment and changed the unit at a rental property. His quote was competitive. He directly dealt with my tenant and did all the work whilst keeping me updated every step on the way. He was patient and answered any questions I had with the work. DTF Air installed a Daikin split system for me. They arrived on time and had the system installed very quickly. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend their services.

My mum and I had a very positive experience dealing with Milan and his team with the installation of a ducted system and a split system.Milan went out of his way to come visit us on a weekend to see the problems we were having and he provided a great solution at a fair value that I could not pass up! He was very professional, friendly, responsive and just someone we felt we could trust in the work to be completed and the quality of the work - not just a salesman.This was after having spoken to representatives from 3 other businesses. First one didn’t bother coming into the house to check what it was like, second one suggested a zoning solution (which I’ve now learnt) is complete rubbish and would have been a disaster in the short-medium term, third one was just a salesman who had provided a solution very close to the one we currently have but was way overpriced. These all had “high” google ratings...Furthermore, Milan was the only one of all the people we spoke to who identified an issue with our old installation of the ducted system being not in accordance with Australian Standards. This just proves the high standard of the quality that Milan and his team upholds.I have no issues with recommending DTF Air to anyone looking into their air conditioning!
