Chris has been fantastic providing excellent support & advice.When I purchased a new property, I arranged for Chris to check over, then service a split air conditioner & a very old ducted reverse cycle system. When the 20 year old ducted air conditioner failed, it was time to install a new one.Replacing the ancient ducted system was a very difficult job in trying weather conditions. All components had to be removed & replaced. Chris & his friendly team were professional, efficient and dedicated to doing the job well, despite them working an exceptionally long day.Mostly what I have appreciated, is the prompt communication, punctuality and attention to detail, including the very thorough clean-up on completion of the install.I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Chris for any air conditioning services, from maintenance to new installations.

We have had problems with Panasonic reverse cycle aircon for 12 months and we have had 2 air companies try and identify what was causing the problem, Panasonic sent out Chris from Coastal Air con and to our suprise he identified the problem on his first visit. (other companies couldn't do this and left saying it needs replacing). He then ordered the part and very quickly installed, and fixed our warranty claim. I now have better opinion of Panasonic and Coastal Aircon are fantastic. Thanks Chris for being professional, prompted he knows he aircons..thanks again

Chris turned up and quickly identified the problrm in the ducted air system in the ceiling which he repaired with parts he was carrying, then checked and found a broken crank case heater in the main house AC system, replaced that & checked & serviced the Granny flat AC. This was all done very effficiently at a very reasonable price. I am impressed and pleased to now have a company that I can rely on to service my three AC units (2 ducted the house & granny Flat & 1 Split system in the outside studio) without being gouged.Thanks so much guys.

Chris did an excellent job in my house in Subiaco. He changed my old reverse ducted A/C to a new efficient system with new rezoning and modern upgrades. Chris was very efficient, punctual, very hard working, respectful to the house, tidy and very polite. His prices are competitive and the quality of his work simply outstanding.
