Staff are very friendly. You can hear they have a language barrier however still aim to give the best possible customer service. Overall, the food and service are great. My only suggestion is that their menu brochures are publicised better! So many more options in there.

There is such a mouth drooling succulence that panda foods put out! No matter the time of day or night; they throw forth a jaw dropping fried chicken in a sauce i’m sure as going to hell for! Each tender tasting chicken bone, right down to the special fried rice, that accompanied the beef black bean! and all i got was a mixed double on the way home $12.

Not Happy, called my order in at 1815 to collect at 1900, 2 x crumbed Snapper, 1x chips, 1 serve Calamari, arrived at 1900 collected order and purchased some chinese food for my husbands lunch thw next day. Got home to find only 1 piece of fish, called to advise of missing fish, was palmed from one person to another..all arguing with me about what I ordered, well $40 is a lot to pay and not receive all your order then be made feel like your wrong...wont be going back

I have been a patron of Panda Foods at Karama for quite a few years. Today I purchased my lunch there, and departed and went home. Imagine my surprise and relief when I received a phone call form Panda Foods with the advice that they have my wallet there. I absent-mindedly left it on the counter. They would not accept anything by way of reward and the contents of my wallet were as I had left it, with a large sum of money, nothing missing. This speaks highly of the quality of the people at Panda Foods, and by the way, the food is pretty good also.

The best soup and fried rice in Darwin. I have been going to this chinese shop since it opened more than 15 years ago. The staff are excellent. Its a shame they dont do deliveries. Well done Panda
