Love, love, love the tileing job Paul has done! He has an amazing eye for detail. Will be using him again.

We have now had 2 bathrooms and 50sq metres of floor tiles done by Paul and his team, cannot recommend them highly enough.Paul and Paul Jnr always turned up when on time ,organised all the fittings,plumber and electrician and even cleaned up each day :)Thoroughly trustworthy and great workmanship.Rob and Marg D

Paul Mckenzie agreed to tile my laundry on the 18th May, 2022. He sent me a quote I agreed to, and informed me the work would be scheduled for early July of this year. Despite his abrupt and unpleasant manner on the phone, he had over thirty year's experience and assured me the work would be completed on time. Not only wasn't it completed, the work was never started and despite numerous calls and messages to him personally and to his business, he never once replied. Paul Mckenzie is not the messiah of tilers and I have no issue hiring someone else, the problem was he never bothered to let me know in the six weeks I waited, that he was unable to take on the job and instead, assured me that the work would be completed in the time period agreed to. Due to his rude and unprofessional conduct, Paul Mckenzie has wasted ten weeks of my life.

My husband and I are so pleased with Paul McKenzie’s service. Not only is Paul’s manner professional and friendly, his work is excellent and done to perfection. He even went out of his way to help us select the best type of tiles for the job we needed done. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I can't rave enough about Paul McKenzie Tiling. The best experience I have ever had with a tradesmen. The job was beautifully done. Paul and his workers were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Paul went above and beyond, even fixing poor workmanship of previous tradesmen just to get the job done. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Rude over the phone, refused to quote as it was a waste of his time. Understand everyone is busy at times but poor service TBH.
