I wish there was a zero star option. We explained the repair job of the washing machine (broken tub). The guy came to our place and plugged-in his payment device as a first thing. Then he told us he can't fix it and charged us 165 AUD.He was here for three minutes: two minutes were spent on setting up the payment device and one minute on writing the invoice.

Did a good job for my home CCTV. Experienced, good price and showed me very detailed how to use the system on mobile app.

Really disappointing experience. Paid $219 for a diagnosis alone and then told a further $580 was needed for a part and labour.We are better off purchasing a new machine.

Our dishwasher and washing machine were repaired by Tom. He has good workmanship.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDS.I had a malfunctioning smeg dishwasher. They advertise that they repair dishwashers, washing machine appliances. All a lie.All they do is phone around and book a technician then charge $150 +gst. This includes no labour. I complained about the cost on top of labour and the part. The person I spoke to didn't care and hung up.I'm taking this to department of fair trading.

No.1 scam artist company. Do not trust them. They take your money and do not fix anything.They use serviceM8 as the service provider so you don’t see the reviews on google.

The most terrible service, terrible communication, attempted to leave while washing machine was clearly not fixed.

A1 Appliance Repair do not use, quick to take money and leave without fixing washing machine. No idea but charged $215. Ended up having to use Electrolux service to fix problem.

Stay clear, this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered, from no communication, not repaired machine, the service tech had no idea about Miele machines and caused further damages and snapped the glass face . DO NOT TRUST OR ENGAGE , I’ve been trying to call for 1 week with constant people either hanging up once they realise I am the client and or don’t answer.

I would rate this business no stars but that isn't an option. Found this business through hipages. The lack of professionalism of this business is nothing short of appauling. After paying $165 for a service call and to FIX the problem my washing machine was still in the original state it started. The issue should have taken 10 mins to resolve (which it did once I called a professional). They were advised the issue and what part needed to be replaced. however they proceeded to pull apart my machine and only after I questioned if they had the part did they stop. They then advised they needed to get the part which after chasing multiple times advised the cost 2 and half days later at twice the cost of what the part was worth plus advised it would take another 2 days!
