I had issues getting my rebate after a consultation in early March.Connection issues & the payment couldn’t go through on the day.He gave me a digital receipt which I submitted to Medicare & was rejected (saying it’s already been paid).Tried calling several times through to April and early May, the assistants picked up and said he would contact me as soon as possible but never did.Helpfulness aside I think if there’s any issues with payments he should still get back to his clients cause the consultations are not cheap.
