I appreciated Phil Finn's prompt service and advice on repairing an undercroft garage issue. His serviceman was excellent to the job at hand and left the site clean & tidy. I would definitely recommend his maintenance services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My husband contacted them to do work on a house we had just bought. There had been some heavy rain in January of 2018 and it caused the roof/ceiling to leak. Phillip Finn the owner came out and did the quote and gave us a scope of the work that was to be carried out. According to the workmen that came out, the leaks were being caused by “loose tiles.” It’s now July of 2019 and due to it being winter the heavy rain has caused the roof to leak again. As we are now trying to sell this property, the real estate agent suggested we go through the builder (which we should of done in the first place). The builder of the property came out and found that the leaks were being caused by the down pipe coming away from the brick work and damaged flashing. The leak in the master bedroom is so bad that the ceiling will have to be cut out as it’s rotted and causing black mould. When I contacted Phillip Finn to explain what had happened and said I wanted my money back. He became very agitated and was extremely rude. He then sent an email explaining that they did the work that was quoted and “he is wiping his hands of it.” His exact words. Absolutely appalling behaviour and workmanship. Absolute rip off too. Cost us over $5000 and the problem still hasn’t been repaired. Stay away from this company.

Asked to do work and 8 months in never did finish. Tradesman stole sample hinge and did not return the item. Followed up with call says they'll get back to us. Never didStay away from these scammers, they don't get the work done. They shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Finn's maintenance offer a very professional service and exceptional quality of work.The owner kept me up to date the whole way and followed up at the end to ensure I was satisfied.The tradesman were also professional, tidy and trustworthy. I have a dog so it meant a lot to me to be able to trust them.I actually had to go into hospital because I went into labour early. It was such a relief to be able to trust them with the key to my house.I got the impression the owner is very particular in who he employs. What a credit to him. It's a shame not everyone conducts business the same way.

Not even worth 1 star. Terrible service, they don't return calls, in fact they don't even return to do the job. Not sure how they are still in business. Do NOT waste your time contacting them.

Be careful with this company. They conducted two assessments on our property for our builder. One assessment required the building Commission to enforce them to fix the building properly (rusty lintels) The other has had to be separately fixed by a different company (leaking roof) and will be seeking damages in the future.
