Ordered an Iced long black with a splash of milk and the lady serving me was very nice and also I noticed very patient with a new employee while training her. The new employee also asked me how much milk I would like and to tell her when to stop which I appreciated as usually too much milk is added in general. Great service will definitely stop by when i am in the area again

Absolutely rubbish and disgusting! That's how my experience was this morning at your Glenquarie Town Centre Kiosk. Ordered the Tripple Bacon and egg toastine and a flat white coffee. When it was served to me it looked like the toastine was only half of one. Kept in the fridge for days instead of making me a fresh one. The tiny little bacon which was one little piece was all dried burnt and I don't even know what happened to the egg. My flat white coffee looked like it came from instant coffee with no froth what's so ever. My wife had a little piece of Orange bread with a latte. $27.60. I don't mind paying that much for something that is quality, I definitely won't be going back.

Very poor customer service, definitely won’t be coming back.Ordered a Creme brûlée from here and it was extremely light in colour, tasted very diluted, had poor flavour & bland. Coffee was very weak.I asked the female staff if she could make me a new drink but she was unsure of what to do and went to ask the male staff who made my drink. She came back, said no and walked away.So I spoke to the make staff and he kept insisting that he’ll just add another shot of coffee into my current drink or more powder and reblend it for me and continuously refused to make me a new one? I said that I wanted him to make me a new one because adding more coffee or powder now will change the recipe of the drink.We went back and forth multiple times with him refusing to make my drink again saying “I can’t do that” every time I asked him to make me a new drink.His reason was that the drink will taste the same because he would make it in the same way.He then stated “No one’s ever complained before” (Google reviews state otherwise). I’m sorry, but that is not a validated reason that because it hasn’t happened before, that it’s not allowed to happen now?He questioned “Do you normally order from this store?”There’s a standard when it comes to making your drinks and sometimes it can be a little off, but this was horrible, this deviated far from standard.Not once did he apologise, I actually apologised to him in case I had upset him about the drink he made. He responded “I just don’t see how making another drink will make a difference. So what do you want me to do?”I said “I want you to make me a new drink”Finally, he frustratingly threw things together into a blender with pre-made shots sitting in a mug from prior to our whole debacle (which was most likely the problem to begin with).The second drink was slightly better than the first but still tasted bad. After wasting all that time and energy, the drink was still a disaster.

Got a voltage today and I don’t believe there was any espresso shots in it at all LOL (i legit couldn’t taste anything except ice cream and milk). Usually their cold drinks are alright but maybe bad day? :/

You've lost two customers today,With your rule of no outside food even though we were paying customers to your store.I was having a snack while drinking the drink I bought from gloria jeans and was told by staff not to eat food from outside. Which I found rude and was then stared at by 3 staff members and had another lady approach abruptly and tell me the same thing again.I won't be going near your shop again. You were very rude. I had a couple of chicken nuggets, it wasn't a buffet or main meal.Management need to wake upto themselves!Re: I did not snapp at your staff please don't lie, looking at the previous reviews it's very clear who has a customer service issue!

Excellent coffee. Friendly staffs and they are quick.

I spilt my drink from Woolworths and asked for serviettes and she refused and said no you haven't bought anything here. The cost is living is bad but it's just serviettes what a rude worker.Update: upon looking at other reviews the workers/owners are just rude oh well guess it's fine they only cater to old people anyways

Have had some good experiences but todays visit was horrible I ordered a chai latte and I received just milk and sugar in my cup like eew are you serious it was disgusting and I just wasted my money. I also ordered a ham and cheese croissant The food was honestly so bad too the bread tasted like cardboard and the ham tasted like rubber you could tell it definitely wasn’t fresh. I feel you could improve if you have more staff as 1 person can’t do everything and mistakes are made.

I just went there to buy drink for my son with some groceries and this lady named Mel was soo rude started shouting at me n my son " ooh you can't sit here and eat etc etc I was only going to buy a drink and sit there and she started showing her bad attitude. Such has a very bad customer service. Disgusting attitude. Very rude and mean person. She thinks she's doing a good job by yelling at customers rather then approaching it in a nice way. Disgusting service Mel !!!! Unhappy customer."
