I went to repair my phone to A1repairs in airport west I got served by the manager Albert he had amazing customer service and helped me with all my phone needs and repaired my phone in under 30 minutes I highly recommend this team

UNETHICAL SCAMMERS!!! Wish I could give 0 stars. I am outraged that businesses can still operate like this. Their other ‘5 star’ reviews must be friends or family, unless there are new workers there. Went in 12th Feb with a screen issue, paid $150 for repair with 3 month warranty. 29 days later I return to the store with the same issue and they advise it’s not covered under warranty! Absolute scam! I wouldn’t even be so annoyed if it wasn’t for the rude, disgusting attitude of the workers, especially the female. Completely disregarded me and refused to discuss the situation. Unless you want to be scammed DO NOT SHOP HERE PLEASE! Do yourself a favour and don’t be scammed like I was. I will be reporting this to the ombudsman. It will also be reported to the head of leasing at Westfield Airport West as I am fortunate to know them personally. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this business and behaviour

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Not only did they not answer any of my questions, but they seemed to be actively avoiding me. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality service.
