After coming to this pharmacy for over 13 years, I was grossly disheartened to find out that they are holding stock for another patient (that hasn't asked for them to hold it) in hopes that he would come in and pick it up, and not release the medication to someone in need now who has a script. Isn't that against your duty of care?This medication is something that helps crohn's patients. When I questioned them about their morals, they said hes a good customer."Disappointed with the level of care this pharmacy offers now."

The best most helpful and friendly customer service that I have experienced in any retail environment. The shop is like Aladdin's Cave - full of treasures! This place had some meds that were out of stock everywhere else. and made the experience of going to Kensington a real joy. Thankyou Peter, Rosa and the team!!! Well done :-)

Friendly chemist, explained he was new to Sydney, having only recently moved. Quickly filled my script and was very patient with me when my toddler wanted my attention whilst he served me. Will definitely be back for that relaxed but fast service.

I have been going to this chemist for over 6 years now and would not dream of going anywhere else!!! The level of care and customer service from Rosa and her team is unmatched! They go above and beyond for their customers and the true meaning of a family run business who cares.Helping those most vulnerable in the community is Rosa's first priority and you will see this if you are there, Rosa knows every customer by name and concern and will chat to them and check up on them which is so rare in pharmacists as they usually want to get you in and out of the chemist as your just another paying customer. When I had my babies and couldn't get to the chemist Rosa had someone drop some medication to me in my letterbox I was shocked and in awe how much she cares. Super grateful for the team and their care ❤️ Annie S.
