My 1st visit to this practice as I have been unhappy with my previous medical centre.Amazing service from Camilla thereceptionist. Very friendly atmosphere.Dr Ali was very caring & understanding of my medical needs & took the time to get to know me. Very happy with my choice of centre & doctor.

Got to my appointment 10 minutes early and still wasn’t seen until 40 minutes after my booked appointment time. Dr Fola Olaleye was rude and abrasive, I had to ask him multiple times to actually examine my sore throat instead of just sending me away with a doctors cert for work.Would give 0 if I could, will definitely not be seeing this doctor again.

Dr Deniece Chapman, the best doctor. She is one of the best doctors I have met during my time coming to this Medical Centet for the last 20 years. She really shows genuine interest in their patients and she explains to you exactly what you need to know about your health condition. In other words she cares about you and she is really a good human being. She respects all your concerns and any doubts you might have. She has lots of patience. Thanks God I am now in the hands of a great professional doctor.

This medical practice i have attended for a while over the past few years. I have always found the Doctors & Nurses extremely professional and helpful. The Reception staff also have a wide knowledge and always happy to assist with any queries. Even though a number of changes have occurred patient level of care remains high.

A large practice with a lot going on on. This is different to what I’m used too. I find reception too Intrusive. It would be good if they found a more discreet way to handle patients details. So far the Drs are very good

It was a little bit of a wait but that’s fair it’s quite a busy medical centre but once i was called in the profession was in such a high level especially from Barbara she’s a very skilled nurse

Browns Plains Medical & Dental Centre
First visit to this practice was outstanding. Ladies at reception were both beautiful and friendly, and provided excellent service. Bulk billing is still a thing here as of 03/23, which is becoming increasingly rare. Would definitely recommend this practice
