Called looking for a belt, gave the belt number and was asked what the number is for. Told them it's the size of the belt that I need replaced. Was told numbers mean next to nothing and that they have no way of searching their stock based from size numbers.. so how do they find any belt is beyond me. Typed numbers into ebay and bought two from Perth... it's that easy

Worst customer service. That's just to start. Had our ride on for over 2 months. No communication. Then tried to sting us for a new battery that we had only just replaced.2 months and took 1.5 hours of labour.Do yourself a favourDont go to them

Supposed to have been repaired and serviced, got home stopped after 10ft, still started everytime, sent back was told a dead battery, interesting as it started everytime just no forward or back. Got it back chain belt keeps sliding off, so lotta money for lousy work.
