If I could give you 0 stars, I would. Disgusting customer service. Replaced the glass screen on my iPhone 11 Pro Max for me. After a while, the left side of the screen stopped functioning with the buttons. Now the whole screen has turned black, the phone is still running but the screen isn’t functioning. I removed the protective case to investigate and the screen isn’t even attached to the top of the phone! Terrible craftsmanship and terrible service for high prices. I reached out to your store and was advised they won’t do anything to rectify the dodgy job - surprise, surprise. Not wanting to take responsibility for your staff.

Great service and very professional. Fixed my broken screen in half an hour! Reasonably priced.

Bad ExperienceI am very disappointed and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.They refused to accept any fault therefore I can only recommend that you do not use this repairer.My battery was working perfectly fine before I went to repair my iphone 10 display. As soon as they replaced my display, my battery runs off so quickly. When I went and told the problem, they said it’s you phone battery. My battery was perfectly fine when I went there. Not sure what they have done at the repair, they were not even ready to listen to me. I felt that they were aware that customer will come back with the battery issue.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Finished repair within twenty minutes and reasonable price. Highly recommend.

SCAMMERS! Avoid! Was up sold on a screen & protection package guaranteed 6 months against breakage - of course it broke first bump..Now they won’t stand behind their product or the warranty - won’t even pass on the contact details of a higher power to escalate complaints.Take my advice - SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Excellent customer service and they are the cheapest for replacing screens in Brookside.

My husband went into this store to purchase a new phone charger as his iPhone stopped charging properly . The friendly staff cleaned his phones charging port for free and told him he didn’t need to buy a new charger (as it was the port that needed cleaning). We were so impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff were and were very thankful for the knowledge they shared with us. Thank you for looking after us!

truly the worst phone repair place i have ever been to, deserves 0 stars. my phone screen was smashed and all it needed was a screen replacement to fix other related issues. after my phone was “fixed” several screen-related issues began about a week or two later. my phone screen would straight up stop working, and to get it working i would have to hard restart my phone. this continued but became more severe to the point where my entire screen wouldn’t work and wouldn’t register any touch no matter what i did, making it completely unusable.After consulting phone king in chermside and them actually making my phone work and fixing my screen issues, they told me that the person who fixed my screen could not have done a worse job. using an extremely low quality after market screen, while also putting in the screen completely wrong, where the main connector to make my screen and phone ‘work’ wasn’t connected properly whatsoever and was causing several other issues to my phone.so not only did i spend $120 to get my phone fixed here, i spent an ADDITIONAL $150 to fix the issues that this place caused, having to get an entirely new screen. i cannot stress enough that you DO NOT get your phone fixed here, unless you want poor quality screens and service. mobile ‘experts’ could not be less true.Additionally, when i initially got the quote before my getting my phone fixed here, they told me they’d put on a new glass screen cover as my phone previously had another on. after getting my phone back and asking where the new glass cover is they said they ‘didn’t do that here’ and that a glad screen cover would be $25. and only after confronting them about this issue, they gave me a glass screen cover to put on myself.

Did an amazing job replacing the front screen and back glass of my girlfriends phone. Even went the extra mile and cleared out my phones charging port to get it working at no extra cost. Highly recommend!
