After a phone call to Joel late in the afternoon, he arranged for our leaking hot water storage tank to be removed first thing the very next day. James arrived spot on 7:30 in a professional looking work van and went about his work with astounding enthusiasm. His work was very neat, and he made sure all the mess was tidied up before leaving. Reliable plumbing service fixed a water leak that wasn’t visually seen & put in a leak allowance to the Water Board. Reticulation one zone not working after & Joel came & fixed it as was a cut wire when fixing leak. Reasonable priced would definitely recommend

These guys are absolute legends. Liaised with Neil with an emergency situation when our AC failed the day before Christmas, within a few hours the guys were out and had fixed it. After another fault occured, they curtailed their holidays to come out and sort out when literally all other places were closed. Seriously want to thank the guys! Oh and they kindly fixed two broken roof tiles free of charge. Cannot rank them any more highly!
