For any international guests - DO NOT RECOMMEND. Was unable to go on the retreat due to a family emergency. They were unwilling to provide a refund on the deposit per their policy and cited it wouldbe “discriminatory” to do so (pretty inappropriate use of the word). Understand if you live within Australia and could reuse the credit at a later date but that’s not a feasible option when you’re traveling from another country. Horrible customer service!

Came here extremely skeptical as a bloke. Left here after three nights converted to the lifestyle and joy this place provides. Lovely staff interactions and lovely people connections were made during my stay. Will be coming seven nights next time.

My husband and i just love going to Eden Health Retreat. It is the most amazing spot. The staff are all so very lovely. The food is healthy but prepared by amazing cooks to look like it belongs in a luxury resort and it is so delicious plus a person could never go hungry at Eden. The accommodation is superb. It is also lovely to meet new friends there and everyone has a great time. There is certainly no time to get bored as activities are on all the time and yet if guests just want to be quite and read and not attend the activities then they can chose that option. I would recommend Eden to anyone, I couldnt find one fault with it. We are Christians and my husband is a minister in a church so our lives have been spent helping and being there for others.... It was amazing at Eden that we understand now more fully what a blessing it is to do things for others as the shoe was on the other foot for us at Eden and they did everything for us.... what a wonderful team and a wonderful place to just go and relax and gather strength.... My husband and I have just returned from a fabulous week of health and wellbeing at Eden. It was a week filled with relaxation, challenges, self reflection and rest - we are ready for part 2 of 2021. Thank you to Kerri, Chris, Barry, Kane and all the team for looking after us. And a special mention to Georgia and her staff. The food was sensational and the dining room staff were so welcoming and friendly that we all looked forward to meal times - of which there were a lot haha. N&G

Just as the name suggests, this place really is paradise! From the moment I arrived right through to check out, I found it the most incredible experience. I stayed in one of the newer cabins and loved having the generous balcony to catch the rays while reading, listen to birds at sunrise and take in the peace and serenity of the stunning Currumbin Valley. I was surprised at how many interesting activities (all inclusive) are offered daily and liked the fact that you can pick and choose how involved you want to be without fear of judgement. The highlight for me was the incredible food- so delicious and nourishing! I found the portions to be very generous and the thoughtful presentation was impressive.Personally, the 4 nights was a good amount of time to re-set, reflect and restore. Unlike some other reviewers, I relished the pared back luxury and found the staff service very personalised and of high quality. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Wow what an amazing stay.Amazing staff that go well and truly beyond for their guests. Bree in particular was the most beautiful person I have ever met, and is such an asset to eden. Everything is so beautifully considered. From the accomodation to the immaculate grounds. The daily programme's are out of this world, and the treatments are beyond description. What you would expect a normal facial to be is so much more. Each treatment provided me with such a beautiful hidden surprise you would not expect. The meals were so beautifully put together and were presented so well the diverse offerings over four days gave so much variety. The facilities are generous and far beyond any offering of any other retreat or five star accomodation I have ever witnessed. Tennis courts a full sized gym, pool spa and sauna. Table tennis. Or simply getting a picnic blanket and placing yourself under a tree. Between this and the daily programmes you can engage as much, or as little as you wish. I honestly can not recommend Eden enough. On a recommendation of a great friend I booked Eden and was truely in awe of the most spectacular location you can imagine. The whole landscape and infrastructure was immaculate and stunning. The daily plan and dining experience are well thought out. Something for everyone, be it a gym workout or yoga - you choose what suits you. A big thank you to the staff, especially Brianna and Shona who were so caring and kind. A big thank you to Caroline the most wonderful teacher in her space and a massive thank you to Kane the superstar for encouraging me to do the pole jump!!! Petrifying but empowering. I loved every minute. The guests I had the pleasure of mingling with was as extra bonus. Do yourself a favour and visit Eden if you need timeout or a reset in life. Thank you Eden xxxx.

An exquisite rejuvantion experience where you can choose to do as little or as much as you’d like and are supported every step of the way. Would absolutely recommend surrendering to the surroundings for a week and detaching from devices— I’m keen to make Eden Retreat an annual trip for the good it’s done me.
