Despite the girls being lovely, I would’ve returned to this salon if I didn’t lose half of my hair when I only wanted a trim. I had a full head of foils and a cut booked in, but I had severe breakage, I actually needed to cut my hair further after this app just to make it look like I had short hair on purpose. The colour was lovely, but obviously too much bleach or level of volume was used for the quality of my hair type. I’ve maintained blonde and long hair for years and have now grown back my hair since this and still have long blonde hair, so this must have been a misjudgement on the hairstylist that day.

I have been seeing Chantelle for almost 10 years and I don’t trust anyone else with my hair! She is beyond incredible at what she does and she knows what I want better than me. We have done everything from blonde to balayage to copper to brunette without a single miss. Besides her amazing skills as a hairdresser, she is one of the sweetest people and a joy to spend a couple of hours with.
