Not sure how their service goes as I never actually got past a quote! But I'm sure it would be as terrible as their first contact. I asked for a quote for a permanent skip bin for our company and was told someone would call me back. 3 hours went by and when no one called I called them again and was told that they need 24-48 hours to give a quote! I found this absolutely ridiculous as every other competitor was able to give me a quote over the phone straight away or the longest I had to wait was 15 minutes. Its day 2 now and still no quote from Veolia. When they do call back I will be sure to let them know that I have gone with someone else and tell them where they can put their quote.

I have rung 4 times over 13 days to try and get a quote. So far the south side rep has failed to contact me in spite of my best efforts to give Veolia my business.She must have better things to do.

Booked then cancelled a skip on 18th September, followed up the credit 4 times, no calls back as promised, no credit. Looks like a rip off.

WATCH OUT !These guys are sharks, They even admitted the price they quote you will not be honoured, their service agreements have fine print that allows them to up the price and charge what they like. When we asked for a price review and told them their prices are nowhere near market rates or the prices on the agreement the representative admitted If we quoted the real price

Never had a problem with these people. Have had previous contracts with waste providers that lock you in for 5 years and roll over if you dont cancel. This was only 1 year which is fair and it goes month to month afterwards. It suits my business needs and the price was even lower! Never have had a missed pickup

My recent experience with Veolia has left me wondering how the EPA has not yet shut them down or had road transport ground there fleet I had a tanker truck come to service my Grease traps the driver unpacked his hoses leaking engine oil on the ground and than emptied the oily water from his tray on the ground he only emptied the water out of the traps and did not take the solid grease waste from the traps, the driver used a hose to wash the oily water and waste his hoses left on the ground after pulling them out of the pit down the the storm water drain as he thought no one was watching him he jumped in his truck and took off leaving a trail of engine oil from his hose trays down the road.

Very poor customer service and their administration is terrible

Lousy, promised to collect bin before Easter. Never came, now I have to put up with bin in my driveway Easter long weekend. Called to remind them in arvo, they told us they would be here. Crap company, don't care at all about their customers. Use someone else.
