Tried to charge me twice at two different prices no receipt provided to me spun som story about requiring payment immediately and had to provide receipt to the real estate..... im the paying customer receipt should be supplied to me remember who you work for

I would not recommend this service. They performed an end of lease clean for us earlier this year. The real estate agent subsequently found a number of issues with the job that MCM had carried out. Furthermore I accidentally left a number of items in the property which were taken by the staff during the clean and denied by the owner of the company. When I brought these issues up with the owner she very rudely denied them and has since just demanded full payment without trying to resolve the issues.

Julian and his team cleaned our apartment at Double Bay, giving it the first fully vacant clean in three years, and we got all our bond back. Was a tough job in parts because the place was very old and in need of renovation and also had some mould. Much appreciated.

They went the extra mile to help out on my end of lease clean where needed. I am greatly thankful for the service I received in a stressful time of moving.
