Had an amazing experience!Was helped out by John so start off with and hit it off real quick and made this process such a smooth one. My artist was Air and she wan fabulous, she was quick and very careful and made getting a tattoo easy and enjoyable.Would 100% recommend these guys !!!

Came down and got my first tattoo here last week. Really happy with the result and how they handled it knowing it was my first. Loki was really good and very quick. The whole thing took about 15-20 minutes and it hardly even hurt. Thank you very much for my first tattoo!

I had the pleasure of being tattooed by Briarna today. The line work is amazing! I absolutely love my two new additions and if given more time in Surfers I'd be in the chair for more! John was very helpful and insured that the placement was correct and spelling was correct. Love that added insurance that everything was done correctly. 100% would recommend

My husband and I had an amazing experience with you guys. Communication to make the booking was sooo helpful and quick. On the day you guys were so attentive and welcoming and made us feel so at ease. The final result of the tattoos looked AMAZING. We will definitely be back if we are on the Gold Coast again.

Overall, I was highly disappointed with this Celebrity Ink franchise in Surfers Paradise. I chose to go to celebrity ink for my first tattoo as I thought they would be reliable as they are a well known franchise, however my results were really disappointing. The tattoo its self was fine although they overcharged me from what was initially discussed within the tattoo. The service from the employees wasn't the greatest either, I found them to be quite lazy and not willing to be compatible. The employee I enquired to I thought didn't care about what I wanted. I also felt like I was taken advantage of in my overall price of the tattoo. I was initially quoted between $230-$280 and was charged the full amount for a 10 minute tattoo (pretty good minutely rate). I believe I was taken advantaged of as I am a young adult, who wouldn't stand up for myself if I thought it was too costly and wasn't aware of how much i should be paying for a 4cm- 4cm tattoo. Everyone I have spoken to has now told me that I was majorly overcharged and taken advantage of. Really Disappointed and never coming back!

Update*Spoke to someone about this store experience and have organised to have touch ups done at another store. They were lovely and looking forward to finally having the tattoo I always wantedCame in and had a tattoo done on my wrist with my friends. (Matching)I thought at $280 it was a bit overpriced but was happy to get it as these guys are a big tattoo place to go to. Within a week I had massive amount of ink fall out and when I went back to get it touched up the guy there just laughed and kept shrugging his shoulders at me. Never ever been treated so rudely.

We walked into The Paradise Centre on our first day of our Honeymoon and we saw Celebrity Ink as soon as we walked in. From the get go, the process was so easy, I lined up to get a quote which was quite affordable. My husband encouraged me to book a time and I was back an hour later!Samantha did an amazing job. She was so very lovely. I had been wanting this tattoo for a very long time, and I'm so glad I could book this on the spot!Also, I didn't catch her name but the blonde lady wearing the pink top who helped me out with my initial enquiry was great too! Thank you!
