I just wanted to say a big thank you to A Bailey Plumbing on Andrew street who saved us big $$$$$! Our solar hotwater system stopped working when we had 3 days of rain last week. We called a few plumbing companies and one of them came last Tuesday and had a look. He said it's 17 years old

Cannot fault ANYTHING about this company! In the time it took another company to reply and book in a pre-quote inspection" Andrew had looked up my property online

The call out fee's for this company are by far the most expensive in the area after shopping around extensively. When I queried the bill and questioned why it was so expensive (My father does this exact work, currently interstate) so I am well aware of industry pricing, without notice or warning A Bailey Plumbing (Trespassed) returning to my property and reinstalled the faulty part on my hot water system and then told me once they had left. I had previously used this company and wasn't robbed on that occasion however I would never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone! Be warned

My Solar hot water sensor was damaged by workman on the roof. Andrew was the only plumber to come within the week and was honest in that he did not try to sell us a new unit costing thousands of dollars. The other plumbers call out fees are now $350 if you have a two storey home but do not do any repairs while their here and want to charge thousands of dollars on unnecessary repair work. I was so grateful that Andrew Bailey came out and fixed the sensor as he was so busy but he still made the time to come out and do the job in the first visit. I wish him nothing but good fortune in his future endevers. Thanks you so much Andrew.

A few weeks ago our old electric hot water system split, and we did the panic call around to get 3 quotes for Solar Hot water. Michael & Andrew were the ONLY ones who actually explained how to choose the right hot water system, its not all about 'bigger is better'. We were set on a split solar system, but after speaking to AB Plumbing the explanation they supplied (about getting a balanced product for best energy efficiency) it was practical advice and made sense, so we changed our minds and selected an on-roof Rheem product.Next day, they fitted an emergency hot water system and fitted the full solar system a week later.After sales followup call, and we have very hot water! So glad our old electric system is gone, and looking forward to seeing the reduced electricity bill.Their pricing matched 'no brand' products, and double the warranty. Certainly glad we call them.

Thanks to Adrian and his crew for replacing our solar HWS. We had a particularly tricky 2 storey house that also needed an upgrade to current standards. This wasn't an easy job because of our house design. But Adrian found way to get it done neatly and I'm a bit on the fussy side. If you're looking for a quality job from a local business where you can work directly with the business owners that are willing to go that extra bit than give A Bailey a call.

We had a solar hot water system fitted, replacing our existing electric tank storage system.At the time the website was advertising a $250 cash back promotion which, when we inquired, apparently was for another State and they were having the website updated. That was a little bit weird, and maybe a bit of wonky advertising.Moving on, they were good to deal with, promptly replying to and answering questions asked. They were able to perform the work at relatively short notice, which worked perfectly for me.On the day, they arrived early and set up. They performed their work neatly and relatively quickly, and the plumbers and electrician were great to deal with - very forthcoming with information and particularly helpful.The only negative with the installation was that the electrician scratched the paint above where he installed the booster switch.There was a little bit of a run around getting an additional form which was required by council, but we got there in the endOtherwise, everything works well and overall it was a good experience, and a good product and service delivered

I have had nothing but trouble with my previous plumber. In frustration I called A B Plumbing. Wow, what a difference! Where my old plumber said that I needed to replace my old system, AB Plumbing took one look and spotted the problem, a valve had been left closed. They were prompt, efficient and very customer focused. We have since used them again and our opinion of them only improved. I don't know if they cost a few dollars more, they get the job done and you can't ask for more than that.

Had a replacement solar hot water system installed today at short notice after ours sprung a leak. Lady at office was very professional, installers were first class could not fault their professionalism. I would recommend Bailey Plumbing to anyone wanting a solar hot water system.
