Annette and the team were extremely helpful in helping us communicate, settle and clear a credit default listed against my husband's name. Shocking service.Lack of communication. Constantly following up on the progress of my credit report. After receiving my closing letter, stating that my credit score had been improved, was to find out later by a lender that infact my credit score hadn't improved, this led to further delays in obtaining a loan. Once again, no communication, and once again led to me following up on the progress of my report.10/10 would not recommend, nor use again, if I had to.
