Plumb Local

Had a burst hot water pipe behind kitchen cupboard at midnight Thursday (It was obvious and I managed to isolate and turn off hot water supply so limited damage fortunately). Rang these guys at around 0830 Friday and they arrived about 1 hr later. They had to remove bricks from outside wall, which was on my neighbour's driveway to fix it. Was repaired with bricks replaced, re-mortered and driveway cleaned about 3 hours later. Polite, clean workers, kept me updated re progress and gave estimate prior to commencement. Very happy with work- will use again and recommendUPDATE- called upon the team again to fix a leaking hot water overflow pipe- emailed them the issue with pics and they responded rapidly with a quote. Called a day later ( I’d said it wasn’t urgent) with a free spot so called around and it’s sorted! Friendly/ efficient again- thx!

The Plumb Local team are the best. Finding a quality, reliable plumber is always hard. Once I met Tom and his team, plumber for life! I had a major sewer collapse that affected the 4 units on my block. Plumb Local had the issue resolved within a few days! (Was 2.5m underground!) along with restoring all fencing and concrete paths that needed to be removed for the works. I cannot recommend anyone better.

It's not often you get outstanding service these days - so after the top shelf, professional, friendly and expert help I just received this morning, I felt compelled to write a review. Tom from Plumb Local came out this morning to check out a steady leak from my hot water service, then fix terrible tasting water after a recent dishwasher installation by someone else. His apprentice fixed the hot water service leak and Tom fixed the kitchen pipes, both within 30 minutes. As he was about to leave I mentioned gunk in my ensuite basin pipe and he immediately went in and cleared it. How's that?! The whole experience was stress-free, educational and inexpensive. Honestly, I'm so happy and highly recommend Tom and his team to everyone. Thanks guys. #Rockstars.

Tom came out to my apartment late on a Friday night to fix my leaking shower. I couldn't have been happier with the service that I received. He was a very friendly and personal guy who managed to fix the leak quickly. I would highly recommend him.

Plumb Local are a fantastic local plumbing company. I just had a new hot water unit installed. The team, Tom & Michael, attended promptly, head office supplied quotes same day and the work commenced bright and early the next morning. New unit installed and old unit removed with all rubbish taken away. Cannot rate them highly enough and will definitely use again!

Amazing service! Attention to detail, great price and cleaned up after fixing the toilet. Sam was on time, communicated the process and provided updates. Paul was spot on with booking time, estimated price to fix the blocked toilet from the boys dropping the clip on toilet cleaner into the toilet and then flushing it.
