Pretty disappointing all up.I ordered a Mothers Day Mug as seen advertised on Facebook Marketplace, stating it would arrive in time for Mothers Day.Nothing.After a few emails, they advised I would receive it between Wednesday 11/05 to Friday 13/05.Still nothing. Have sent a few emails asking for an update or a refund and no reply. That was 5 days ago today.Do not recommend!

It’s a good quality cup but it doesn’t have the name on it that I requested and I paid $15 “postage” and had someone I don’t even know turn up and drop it in my letterbox. Messages in regards to these concerns are just ignored.

My daughter ordered from your website to be given the run around by you. You keep saying it’s Australia post yet we’ve never had a link for AUS post.We will be asking for a refund please.
