Yooooo, thus kfc is kinda bustin ngl. The fries were well season and the chicken was JUICYYYY my guy. I'm telling u it's not the best in terms of value cause the chicken was small not like the genetically modified ones. But still was pretty good. 4.4 is my final rating. And also the staff was pretty slow but I think it w was s cause they were making fresh chicken idk.

The worst KFC. Front counter where I had to order was piled high with brown boxes (and I wasn't able to preorder as the booth's weren't working). All the tables had trash on them from previous customers so we decided to get takeout.

This place is disgusting. Literal food hazard. Don’t go. See the picture.Food is everywhere on the floor. Employees just wiping messes on their pants. All their pants were somehow covered in white milky mix. Another time they were just hosing down the store while food was being cooked. There was a block in the drain so they just shove their hands in and pull chunks of food out. Didn’t see anyone wash hands. Took 30min to get my order, didn’t eat it in the end. People just running around like headless chooks in there. There’s no process to getting food just fight other customers to be the loudest.To top it all off some guy in the back just having a great time with his boom box, cooking chicken and DJing, mixing it to some sort of rap, rock, techno mix. It was genuinely the worst music I’ve ever heard.

Absolutely AWFUL experience!Incompetant people working within the drive-thru.I asked in regards to my order three times if it was fine and correct. He said yes!? Just as to how i ordered it. Then, I asked the man who handed me my order twice and he said it was. I drive off and decided to look 5 minutes away and go figure, it's completely incorrect???!!! I wanted original and got zinger. A piece of chicken was missing and their inability to ever add chicken salt is just incomprehensible.I drove back. So now i have wasted 10 minutes back and forth. Then the manager did not offer any apologies or anything to amend their mistakes and my troubles had at all. Did not fix the problem! Therefore, i asked for a refund as she couldn't comprehend what they did wrong,. So, i figured asking for a refund was the easiest of solutions in this scenario. So, i received my refund and handed over my meal. With no meal now, I have to waste more time to go elsewhere, however, i am so much happier to give my money to people that know how to serve, instead of getting an incorrect order and such terrible customer service!.KFC Dee Why is always a much better KFC at giving amazing service!FRECHES FOREST KFC HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, GET MOST OF MY ORDERS WRONG AND ARE NEVER WILLING TO APOLOGISE OR AMEND THE SITUATUON!

Went through drive thru behind what I can anly describe as a well organised Karen with a printed order with lots of changes. Not a drive thru order...walk inside and do that. Was sitting behind her with the car off for 20mins as she asked questions and waved the piece of paper around.Now that didn't bother me I was in no rush and I found it a little funny. The staff were extremely polite and apologetic when I arrived at the window. Paid and picked up my order swiftly but was a hit surprised at the size of the bag. They kindly threw in soooo much extra food for the inconvenience.I really appreciate the effort guys. Food isn't the best compared to other KFC joints but tbh I'm not paying for sit down restaurant quality here it's drive thru.

These guys still make the best kfc on the northern beaches but the hygiene and cleanliness has lapsed, and its even sadder to see this place so filthy while I’m the only customer in here…. You’re not that busy

The slurpy machine at this KFC is amazing, right enough of air and freeze. It just be a new machine and it's amazing. Unfortunately any time you go there and it's busy you have a 15 minute wait at least for fast food. It has happened to be a few times in a row. Further, the burgers etc are all squished, chips half full etc.After our latest experience we'll continue to get slurpies/freezes but skip on the food.

App and pick up process nowhere near as simple as guzman. Confused my wife and staff who gave her an order number, but only track the food based on app details / name.Fries keep getting worse, why? Soggy and over salted. Better options at local chip shops. Chicken tenders not in the app but available in store?No vegetarian options of note.
