Terrible builder education standards, my build and two other builds on the same block all went through several site managers everytime something went wrong. Their customer service is abysmal to the point where you get black listed if you ask them to fix a mistake that'll cost more than $100.I called harmacs main office nearly a month ago to address water damage caused by a faulty installation of some plumbing in the ensuite. They sent a handy man out who decided to change the skirting. Ignoring my suggestion of a leak and if it wasn't for me watching him work the guy would have used the wrong paint, the wrong wood and he even tried to convince me door didn't need be leveled when it was reattached. I told the guy before he left that his quick fix won't sort the problem and he told me that's harmac's issue" and left so quick he forgot his tape measure and a pencil.Obviously after replacing the skirting the water leaked through and destroyed it promptly.I called again 3 weeks ago and was promised an email outlining the issue and to set a date for someone to come inspect it. No follow up.After calling constantly through the weeks at different hours for 3 weeks they're suprisingly unavailable at all hours of the day 7 days a week.How's that for customer service."

Craig was polite and very informative. It was a beautiful home and I was provided with all the information that I had required, with regards to building. Highly recommend Harmac Homes.
