Really nice place! We have booked our trips and they explained it very well! We also got a nice coffee in there and the location is just in the main street! Highly recommend this place

Had a great experience with James and the team. James helped us plan a few experiences, a trip to Whitehaven and some Sea Kayaking for our family, all of which were great. They also looked after us with a few scooter hires across the week which was a lot of fun! Great service, highly recommend.

I'd look elsewhere for booking trips, or if you do book with them make sure you double check everything!We booked the Freestyle Hamilton Cruise adventure through this company, however they never properly confirmed the booking.The original guy we dealt with was lovely, but never processed the booking and when we asked about email confirmation he confirmed the receipt was fine. When we came in the next day to get a coffee there was a different guy at the counter, we mentioned we were yet to receive the email confirmation and again he also said that the receipt and email booking was fine.Wrong. When we showed up to the ferry terminal there was no booking as they never followed through. We then had to put them on the phone to one of the front desk staff to help with the booking, to which the guy from the company proceeded to harass the staff member implying it was her fault.They messed up, they did not accept fault and they verbally abused the staff member who did nothing wrong. The man was extremely rude and disrespectful to her calling her dumb and asking if she was new. Long review, but overall this was a very awkward encounter and not worth the $120 worth what we spent.To make matters worse we missed the ferry because of this whole ordeal which cut down our trip to Hamilton Island.It's never ok to speak to people in that way, and I would hope the staff at Le Shack can learn from this and be more polite and respectful to others in their dealings, regardless of whether they are a paying customer or not.

Coffee was good, not overwhelming, but easy. Unfortunately only cups to take away, we had to bring our own.A nice swing to sit on in front.

Like all Australians, these guys are super nice and the vibe in this place is wonderful. Even better, they took the time to really help us select the best tours for us. Highly recommend.

My family and I came to Airlie with NOTHING booked. Popped my head in here for some advice and this turned out to be a great move. James was friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable about all things tour based. He arranged our tour on the spot with a competitive deal and gave us great advice on things likes where to eat.And hiring a scooter for a couple of hours is a must. Many thanks.

Excellent service & superb coffee. I was given really unbiased, informative advice about tours available & they really listened to what I was interested in & looking for. They were able to call up and book me a tour at short notice (within an hour of it starting!). The service at Le Shack was insanely better than any regular travel agency. Plus the coffee was superb, just what I needed for an early morning start. Thanks again & highly recommended!

Did not book any trips through them, but this was the best coffee shop that we found in town. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and the service is excellent.
