To all the team at Grafico who wrapped my Mercedes Sprinter 4WD a huge thank you. You did an amazing job and I get so many compliments on the Color. People freak out when I tell them it is a vinyl wrap. It probably is the most photographed sprinter in Australia. Thanks guys. I have recommended you to so many people. Steve

We have used Grafico and it’s subsidiaries for our corporate signage, corporate identity, and vehicular signage. More recently we have used their interior wallpaper systems in a number of our developments and have no complaints concerning the team. We have dealt with Grafico for over 10 years and we will continue to do so moving forward.

I had my M3 trunk lid wrapped in 2 seperated pieces under specific instructions of- distances: the top piece is 30mm away from the edge and the rear piece is 20mm away from the edge- the points where they start and finish of each pieces, are the joints of 2 surfaces.The top piece was done right but the rear piece was about 10mm under the points. Also there were few small bubbles at the end of the rear piece. The missing points make the wrap look unprofessional. I contacted Grafico to request a redo of the second wrap. The customer service guy was helpful but the manager refused to do it. He said the bubble can be fixed easily but he did not think i gave the clear instruction, thus it was not their fault and he offered to charge me $230+gst to redo. And he said i accepted it at the time of pick up. I emailed back and said, i did give my instruction very clearly and the technician did it right on the top piece, the rear piece was only wrong on the points not the distance of the edge. How he would do it right if i did not gave specific instruction. Although i accepted the work at the time of pick up, because i did not look it in detail, i could not make up the issue, the result of the work is still the same whether i find out fault on that day or a month later. Faulty is still a faulty.One thing i don't understand, he must have spent a lot of money on advertising om google, but he refused to make up for the fault caused by his business in exchange of $230, and it results in this bad review. I picked them at first because their rating was good. Not any more.To Mr Owner' response.Firstly, i provided you with a removed part but the instructions to wrap it was so clear, and it can easily be done accordingly, then there no need to have the part installed to be seen.Secondly, you said you warned me of the issue might happen. THAT IS NO TRUE, THERE WAS NO SUCH A WARN. The true was, when i brought the trunk lid in by itself, the car was not there to compare the line up". Therefore

These guys are awesome. Had my badges blacked out on the C43 Coupe. I was a bit picky about the side badges and they were more than happy to look at it and fix the minor issue. Customer service top notch and the car looks great.

Just recently called up and wanted to tint my rear and headlights. Was greeted very politely and the process was easy. I dropped my car off and picked it up very shortly after.The job was magnificent and did not disappoint at all. Bring your car here and 110 percent won’t regret, professionalism and expertise only. Thanks to the team at Graffico for helping design our office signage. Being on a main road, we really wanted to take advantage of the location and part of the brief was to help us design something eye-catching! The team at Graffico more than delivered on that front. Got the paint protection film on the front bumper of my new car, excellent job by Wayne and the guys. Both the product and customer service was top notch, any questions/issues relating to the job they were always open and willing help out. Highly recommend.
