Rooms are well equipped. Staff were courteous, helpful and welcoming :-) Great location. Good breakfast with lots of choices but I would recommend they put more food out at busy times to cater for lots of tables!

Wasn't really happy with this hotel.The hotel it self offers no welcome gift as an all member..The room we were given was right near the hotel entrance sign to which all night the room was never dark.. Blackout curtains would be nice..The 3 stars is for the staff, they could not be faulted, lovely welcoming and helpful..

Would not recommend this place. The place looks amazing online & when we arrived we were very disappointed. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment ( 2 adults , 4 kids ) which was so old and rundown & felt like a hospital. Sterile , old , musty & filthy. The bathrooms were not clean at all , there was rubbish & things from previous guests under the beds , there was only 4 bowls in the kitchenette when there was 6 of us, the quilts were so dirty and discoloured and full of stains. The carpets hadn’t been vaccumed , the lounges had dried up spilt food / fluids of some sort. The food in the Restaurant was expensive yet of a pretty low standard. The staff in the restaurant were lovely & the kids liked the pool and that was the best parts of our stay.In need of a big upgrade this place.

Didn't end up staying. Booked and were extremely disappointed by the state of the rooms.Staff were lovely and supported our request for a refund.Needs a good clean and carpets cleaned.Have never ever asked for a refund before.

Staff at check in were great on the day.There is a morning buffet, food isn't that great. Below standard I'd say. Poached eggs sit in water and harden up in a food warmer.Rooms are decent. Definitely needs renovation. The toilets have a old key lock style doors so if you have kids beware as there is no keys available to open them. However a little old style jiggle opened the lock. Nothing too fancy. Ample of parking onsite. Definitely very close to all shops and park. Will definitely go back for a stay.

Have stayed many times over the years and as a Platinum All accor member have usually had a great time. This time has been very different.No welcome pack (sorry we’re out of them), no upgrade to a higher room type and had to request the drink vouchers, they were not offered.Check into the room and the room is very worn and tired, damaged vanity, really noisy AC and tiny TV.My son has a shower and there is a noisy hammer in the pipes. He gets out and turns out there are no towels in the room. I ring up and they say they can’t deliver the towels and I need to collect them. Leaving my wet boy in the room while io run down to collect them from reception.Hopefully things improve from here but has bee. A very poor start to a 3 night, 2 room stay.

We stayed here with a group so had a few rooms between us. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Carpet is filthy. Rooms are very overpriced for what they are. “Night service” is horrendous, party went well into the night a few rooms down and night service promising to investigate was an empty promise, terrible customer service.

Customer service was so good. But unfortunately I found cockroaches on the fridge( Around the door).Food was good but it was expensive. The carpet is dirty or may be beca it’s old.Otherwise my bed was very comfortable.
