I’m a regular. Today I had the worst most shocking service. I was told my take out would take 15 minutes. It took 50. I mentioned this, and there was no sympathy or apology, I was clearly upset and the waiters response was, “you’re pressuring me”. He was not helpful at all or sympathetic toward the fact I was waiting 50 minutes with a baby and toddler. Just from this experience. I would gladly never come back again. I can’t believe management would let someone so incompetent work there.

Have eaten here about 6 times over the past year or two, always happy with the sushi and Don bowls we’ve had. Love the beer served from ice cold glasses too.Keep up the good work guys.

Twice now they just forgot my order. Waited 40 mins both times then realised I realised no food coming. They served our drinks both times.

the best sushi ever i've had!they do very fine japanese and korean foods.kind and friendly staffs welcome all the time.strongly recommend you to try and then u will be a big fan of them just like myself;)

Been coming here for over a year..Best Japanese restaurant in Cairns!Firstly the bento boxes are delicious! The karage chicken is fantastic! Gyoza is hand made and just supreme.. literally everything on the menu is just superb!Been to a multiple of Japanese restaurants in cairns and this one tastes like true japan! Last time I've had food this good I was in a little restaurant in Osaka!And dont forget... sapporo beer... ON TAP!To finalize... staff were and always so polite and welcoming like traditional Japanese.Food 9/10 (fantastic, 10/10 is mind blown food must eat stuff)Atmosphere 7/10 (only because its an standard Australian restaurant feel, not Japanese, doesn't mean it's not clean, functional or worthy, just need s a little more Japanese details)Staff 10/10 (so friendly, so polite, so welcoming, so professional, and they should be so proud)Price 8/10 (not cheap, not expensive.. just reasonable)Overall 8/10 (a point better and it would be in japan, 2 points and more and it would be in Japan's best restaurant).
