sick of the stale chicken and cold food hardly filled chips my grandmother couldn’t bite through your chicken this wasn’t the case a year ago or more management needs a change to provide customers with quality standards of food seriously not on.

Ordered 2 tropical packs and half a ckn. Cost me over 50 dollars to have delivered. When we opened one tropical box had most of the chips missing. Maybe driver was hungry. Not a good look for the family receiving their dinner. Not good enough Red Rooster. Maybe you need to seal the bags delivered and take a look at the people you hire/employ to feed your hungry customers who pay a good chunk of money ...

Ordered fried chicken, it tatsed like it had been sitting there all night, didnt even eat it. They gave us more which seemed like a good deal until we tried it... dry, crusty and old.

Got the wrong meal, so I had to go back and in the rain. I finally got ours, and it was cold, and they were crunchy baked potatoes because they weren't cookedWill be a long time before we have red rooster again

I found the setting pretty standard, the quality of the food was solid chunks of well cooked and juicy chicken.Served fast and to the table.Also the view of the park was excellent and relaxing.

I arrived after closing due to an app error for after hours closing time.Manager and closing shift were happy to fill order.Thank you so much for saving a late Birthday meal!!! Definitely 5 star at short notice!!!!
