Had to return a bag to the Stockland Townsville store which I bought last week as the lining was ripped. The lady that helped me today was amazing. So helpful and very bubbly, she just made my day. Thank you

If you buy a $220 leather bag should this be shoved in a plastic bag. It should be wrapped professionally and the customer made to feel special it should be wrapped in tissue even boxed. Like other business mimco lovisa myers bras and things. Lift your game Strand bags. Staff rude no smiling no thank you.

I got served by a blonde lady yesterday who was very rude and unhelpful. i wont ever be coming back to this store again, worst experience ever !

Terrible service ignored me but when 2 older ladies came in helped them and after they left still ignored me. Just lost sale!

Bags are usually overpriced but sometimes you can get a great bag for traveling when they have their clearance sales on. This review is in relation to my experience in sorting out a warranty claim, twice. So, I had a bag from Strand Bags that I've had for about three years so let's say about 8 trips. After walking from the Brisbane terminal to the car the wheels failed, broke away from their mounts. So, as I was in a different city and had my receipt stored electronically I exchanged it a the local Strand Bags store in Brisbane. I note, I did have to explain my rights to which the store accepted that as the consumer and the failure I was entitled to a replacement. But, they only had one of a similar quality and type that had slight damage to the zipper. So, after discussing they said, when I get back to Townsville, I could exchange it again for something that's right - As, I just needed a bag to get me back home. When I got back to Townsville, I took my bag into the Stocklands store and the service provided by the clerk was worse than in Brisbane. I had to argue and at the end of it the clerk said, I'm just not understanding, to which I said, I wouldn't be back here, if I had been given a good quality, perfect condition bag back in Brisbane, but due to stock, understandably it wasn't possible. Anyway, begrudgingly the clerk replaced my bag. So much for their receipt moto, We will gladly accept product returns where the product is faulty." Might I add the bag

Staff at this store didn’t even acknowledge we were there .we would of spent a couple hundred if staff actually took notice we were browsing and looking at bags that were up high and wanting designer bags ..appalling customer service . I would never go back to this store and I would let family and friends know not to go to to this store . They don’t help people only certain people who walked in well and truely after we did . Very atrocious service.

Incredibly disappointed in how the staff members look after customers.I went in to look for a bag that they had in stock just before Christmas as it was unavailable on the website. Tried to go through and ask them to track one down as the webstore said to check physical stores and they couldn't look it up and for me to call around to the other stores myself.Would have hoped that they would actually call up another store to check availability, but apparently with three staff members, this was too hard to do.Aside from staff service, store is well stocked with a good range. Products are good and the store is relatively easy to navigate.

Very unwelcoming - staff member behaving as if she’s doing us a favour by letting us shop there. Very rude in her manner - will not be returning, try to avoid

a good range of items like handbags,backpacks, suitcases / travel items instore and staff are so helpful, as well.
