I went to other store at Maroochydore - twice - I found staff hopeless, lost, disorganised, and not overly invested in helping. I telephoned the store at Kawana Shoppingworld - a smaller store. The young lady (working ALL ALONE!) was helpful, knowledgeable, and had TWO of the bags I wanted - Maroochy had none.

Recently bought a new handbag here. They have a great range of brands, sizes, shapes, colours and styles Prices for every budget too.

Wonderful service, great quality, and had exactly what I ordered.

The ladies here are absolutely amazing!! I locked myself out of my new suitcase an hour before my flight and the staff saved the day out of the kindness of their hearts.I’m so grateful and won’t forget the amazing act of niceness and support.

Customer service by the blonde lady with glasses is disgusting. Went in for a return and didn’t have the right receipt from click and collect pick up. Instead of explaining it was another receipt. She told me to move aside and look for it when I said I didn’t have anything else she told me to come back later because she’s too busy and can’t help me when she has all these people here. I came back and she had her back to the door talking about me to her team member and only stopped when I said I’m back. It wasn’t my fault I wasn’t given said receipt on pick up. But to be spoken to infront of other customers like I didn’t matter because they were there (mind you I’d already waited 10 minutes) was disgusting. To then be told she couldn’t help me contact Maroochydore for assistance either because it’s Black Friday and she’s too busy. (The shop was empty when I returned) When I got the number she said ‘this is all i needed from the start’ won’t be returning to this store ever again.
