Stepping Stone (SA) Childcare & Early Development Centres

I have been working for Stepping Stone for almost 2 years. They support their employees with flexible working conditions, opportunities to undertake professional development and promote positive work environments.

My child has attended Stepping Stone child care centre for last 8 months. The staff is very supportive and flexible. The Centre environment is always welcoming and my child loves to go to childcare.

25-10-2021 I messaged from the website enquiry *a week ago (Rostrevor)* to note that there is an employee that I know of the mother to my toddler who may be having a psychological, mental & emotional episode. She actually works at another center now.Although she may appear fine to some other employees, her behaviors as a new senior staff member (team-leader) has been very erratic & out of character but it could be because she's relapsed as an alcoholic to her old ways.I had asked for assistance so I could email the business owner, HR or an employee assistance coordinator. I waited a whole week & no reply!!! Don't you look after your staff well-being?You'll be receiving a letter at some point detailing the employee in question. I was being lied to by this person & she can't be trusted based on her character profile I will be sending to your management team. It is in the public interest why this person got clearance in the first place & I was concerned myself after knowing from her detailed past about her sordid behavior.
