After a couple of attempts to locate the leak by other plumbers (who don't have the equipment & and are required to subcontract this service) decided to try Plumbdog who have the equipment & can repair at the same time, within 1 hour of booking their service, James turns up after 2 hours leak was detected within a single wall, located & fixed. Problem solved - from the admin team (Fran) and technician James excellent work, highly recommend their service & expertise.

Absolutely excellent, James was on time, gave a courtesy text and was incredibly professional.He gave a quote before commencing work and came in on the low end, the work was completed in a timely manner and over all was very professional about the whole thing.Would highly recommend this business, for their professionalism, fair and reasonable quoting.

High cost. Good quality work. Plumber was on time.Tap removal and fitting a new mixer tap.The 'estimate' for a 1 hour job was between $180 and $380. The plumbers explanation was Cost will depend on how hard it is to remove the old tap". Which he had off within minutes of starting.My total cost = $336.Contacted Plumbdog to say I was unhappy about the cost. They didn't want to do anything about it

Had a broken pipe out the back, called at 8am and it was fixed by 10.30. Great service, good prices. Also had a hot water system installed years ago by them. Would recommend!
