To get a smile makeover was a huge decision for me, and I’m excited to say “it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made”.The whole experience with Dr. Shawn, Chloe, and his team exceeded my expectations. From start to finish they made me feel at ease and cared for.I had an aging smile, receding gums, patchwork dental work and discolouration. For a long time I was concerned for the health and longevity of my teeth.My daughter discovered The Dental Room on Instagram, and told me that if I was ever going to get my teeth done that it should be here. There was no comparison with the results that they achieved.I asked her to help me connect with The Dental Room, and after sharing my concerns and photos over a Zoom call with Dr.Shawn, I felt nervous yet confident that his team could rejuvenate my smile.Being an out of country client from Canada I was also happy that they could do the veneers in a timely manner. Within a week they completed the process, scheduling appointments that worked for us to be to finished in time for our travel dates.In total, I had 14 veneers and 5 crowns. I knew this was going to be a big procedure, especially with the condition my teeth were in. Dr Shawn guided me through the details of each stage of the procedure with confidence, skill and honesty. Chloe, the ceramist is a master at what she does. Together they make a phenomenal team, focusing on every little detail with the highest standards to their craft.I am on my way back to Canada feeling overjoyed with my smile!I can’t wait to share my smile with the world. If you are considering getting any dental work done, especially veneers, you don’t have to look any further than The Dental Room. Living on the Gold Coast I had many options to have them done near by, but after doing my research I knew it was worth travelling to Melbourne to see Dr Shaun and Chloe. My experience with getting porcelain veneers was second to none, I worked closely with Dr Shaun and their incredible in house ceramist Chloe until the very end, the both of them perfecting every single detail until we had the perfect end result. I’m beyond ecstatic about my new smile and they made my experience so comfortable and basically fun, it was like coming in to see two friends every time I had an appointment. The benefit of having an in house Ceramist like Chloe listening to how you want your veneers designed is extremely beneficial, and not something many other dentistry places offer. Thank you Dr Shaun, Chloe and your amazing team, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I recently underwent my Invisalign joinery at the dental room.The entire process was awesome. From having a clear understanding of my timeframe and desired outcome to the monthly appointments to make sure I was tracking along fine.30 or so weeks later I went from very crowded bottom teeth to a wider perfect smile.Highly recommend the dental room. All the staff are amazing!

Dr Shawn, Chloe and the whole team at The Dental Room have been been amazing from my first consultation to my final veneer insert. They have always made me feel like I was heard and not just a number. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Their attention to detail and just general care for their clients is second to none. I've been a regular at The Dental Room for 8-9 years now and I could not have asked for a better dental clinic.Dr Shawn has done multiple fillings (10+) for me over the course of my visits and I have not had a single issue!I've also recently completed my Invisalign course at the Dental Room, and Dominika and Dr Shawn were amazing throughout the process. For the whole journey Dr Shawn ensured my teeth finished perfectly and had an incredible eye for detail and accuracy. I am based in Perth and Dr Shawn made it work for me.
