Appalling service. My daughter ordered peanut butter cookie dough ice-cream and it had a massive rock hard chunk of cookie dough in it that made it inedible. I asked the manager to replace half of it. Not a full replacement, just a portion and she flat out refused. Nope. She said it was too bad and offered me a tiny plastic spoon to attempt to chop it up (we had already tried that, it was like cement). There’s no room for bad customer service like that these days. It’s just unforgivable. Will never return (and I was a regular). They need to train their staff way better than that. Customer complaints are an opportunity to shine, not destroy your brand.

Got a take home tub of butterscoff, boysenberry cheesecake and raffaello and my goodness the sheer deliciousness. Hard pressed to pick a favourite between the cheesecake and coconutty goodness but I will definitely be getting them both again, absolutely sensational

Walked into an empty shop...just us and the two twits behind the counter. No greeting and when we asked questions re ingredients for dietary requirements they were lost. Truly some of the dopiest girls in Melbourne. P.s. I'm half Italian and your gelato is too sweet. The real deal is set in the metal tubs with metal lids. Don't be lazy, if you have any pride...train your dopey staff.

I love their range of ice-creams. They have some unusual flavours eg Raspberry Pineapple Lychee Sorbet - which is delicious. The open windows facing the main road and the long bench seating inside are great ideas.

So many flavors and the cakes look amazing!Will be one of our new ice cream shops from now on.Mousse cakes I feel are expensive for $49.00 not as nice a tub of ice cream. Was a little disappointed but love the ice- creams we have had. The shop is lovely and clean and easy carparking.

Really yummy icecream!! Suggest getting the Snickas flavour if you like flavours similar to peanut butter. The servings here are really generous too.

Great flavours! But serves have become rather inconsistent, particularly from one staff whose generosity is dependent on skin colour. Noticeable after curious observation.

Amazing selection of ice cream and gelato and friendly staff. Have tried two flavours so far and both were impressive, want to try them all! Recently got the 'snickas', which had cashews and swirls of carmel, yum! Location has outdoor seating and a park across the street with seats to enjoy your treat.

Really good ice-cream, the serving sizes are quite large. Nice seating area at the back of the ice cream store. There is a large range of ice-cream & sorbets. Some flavours seem to swap around.

Had an amazing range of icecream and gelato flavours. Was also very reasonable for price considering the large scoops of icecream they give you. Flavours that I had tasted great too.
