Great quality standing desks - super fast shipping and very easy to put together. Big range of colours for the table top. Love it and it looks sooo good in my home.

I was forced into writing a review on Google. As Kergo furniture deletes any reviews/criticisms on there instagram page. Expensive pricing for something really basic. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be ripped off. I suggest you look into other desks which are exactly the same. Example omnidesk same quality if not better and half the price.Kergo furniture if you had not deleted my comment on your instagram page post I wouldn’t have wrote a review on Google. But good luck deleting this now.Peace.

I've tried a couple of standing desks before because I've got a set up at work and at home. Kergo is by far the best one. It was the easiest one to setup and is sturdier than its competitors. Aesthetics is a personal choice - but i love the bamboo desktop that i bought. It also comes with clips to help with cable management that other companies typically don't provide. The memory settings and height configurations are really easy to use and effective.

Great desk 0 issues, the cams required a little force to get into place but would expect nothing less for something that holds the legs in to place.Although I did need to calibrate the height for the display myself.Quality is great, prices are pretty much better than the competition when taking the quality into consideration. The bamboo top is a little fragile and is super prone to scratches, so an MDF/Melamine top might have been a better choice for me and would've cost less but all in all great product and the scratching is to be expected of any hardwood top, really. But they feel too amazing to give up.

My desk arrived and was faulty. One of the lifting columns did not have enough clearance to be able to screw in the cam lever.I was then asked by the support team to conduct a series of “hacks” and tests to try and get the product to assemble, including “pushing the lifting arm through with force”, switching around the lifting columns, however it did not resolve the issue. The issue clearly demonstrated poor quality control, through either an off size lifting column or incorrectly designed centre frame.I would not buy from Kergo again and would not recommend anyone else do either at this stage - too much hassle and frustration involved. However, everyone I dealt with in the support team was professional and courteous, enabling me to get a refund processed quickly. Because of this, I may consider Kergo at some point in the future once their operations are up to par for the prices being charged.

2 stars for the desk, it is sturdy and the curved ergo edge is handy (this is the only reason why I ended up choosing Kergo, otherwise Updown Desk would be my top choice)...but beware, the desk scratches easily; 2 stars lost for bad unresponsive customer service and 1 star lost for scratches on the legs even before any use. It took me a while to finally find some help to build this desk becos I live by myself and I wouldn't be able to flip the heavy desk myself. So the desk and the legs and everything had been sitting in my spare room this whole time untouched. But during the assembly, we discovered there's already lots of scratches on both legs. Even the person who helped me questioned why. I do acknowledge it's also my own fault, should have checked this upon delivery. But what really is terrible is the poor customer service who didn't even bother responding to my emails when I asked them about the scratches and if this is common occurrence. I had also sent another enquiry through their website...but still no reply until today. Even if it's a no, I would still appreciate a response. Would it make any difference if I built the desk and emailed Kergo about the scratches earlier?? Who knows...probably not, and you know what, Kergo, don't bother replying.FYI - my friend bought from Updown Desk and she had similar scratches on her desk legs. She sent Updown Desk an email and they responded straight away and compensated her with some refund, no question asked. That's what is called a good customer service. I wish I wasn't as fussed about the curved ergo edge and should have gone for Updown Desk.
