Alice's Garden

Beware, I strongly suspect that these items are drop-shipped even though they show as in-stock on their webpage. I ordered 2 pool loungers on 23rd Nov 2022 and despite numerous shipping 'updates' and promises from staff at Alice's Garden, they were not delivered until 3rd January 2023! I wanted them for Christmas and because they took so long, I tried to cancel the order the days leading up to Christmas and get a refund. But as previous buyers have mentioned, customer service is virtually non-existent. They either don't respond or they make promises that don't come to fruition. I ended up having to lodge a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Bought a umbrella cantilever and it was the worth I have ever purchased online - unstable, unreliable and the weight’s for the footplate need filling with sand, which takes ages and leaves a mess everywhere. The zipper of the cover fell off before I even was able to use the cover. Safe the money, time and energy and purchase somewhere else.

Excellent service! Didn't realise 2 cushions were missing (set was covered) and the lovely guy personally came and hand delivered it today. What a great company to deal with. They could have easily said no as it had been months, but instead they went above and beyond. Would highly highly recommend to everyone.

Bought the sun lounge chairs, awesome product, very sturdy and easy to assemble. Great company to deal with, super quick transaction and delivery, highly recommended.

I purchased 2 sun loungers which took 2 months to arrive. Delivery Co. To My Door is hopeless. Sun lounger leg broke after 1 week and I have requested refund and nearly 3 months later no response. They do not answer phone calls or emails. Appalling service do not deal with them.

My order still hasn't arrived, I ordered it with plenty of time to receive before Christmas.Terrible customer service, they literally hang up the phone if you call or just don’t pick up at all. Wish I read the reviews before buying. So disappointed!

Would give zero stars if I could. Spent $600 on an outdoor umbrella that arrived broken so badly it could not even be partly assembled. Have tried calling dozens of times a day for weeks and either no one answers the phone or they pick up and hang up. Have tried emailing with a description and photos of the issue but have been completely ignored. AVOID this company. They are completely dodgy!

I ordered on line .. lovely outdoor 12 seater dining table and chairs in May 2021 and got delivered in September 2021.Can’t fault Alice’s Garden for that due to them waiting for stock to arrive in Australia.Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and did the best they can with updates.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! Cancelled an order and asked for a refund. Was told they had to refund to my bank account and it would take 10 business days as they couldn’t refund to card. Numerous emails sent as refund has not been received, no response. Have spoken to ACCC who have agreed that this sounds dodgy and advised to initiate charge back with the credit card company.

Product delivered was broken. Sent an email to customer service immediately and am being dodged. Tried to call the 1300 number and someone answers and then immediately hangs up. Very dodgy company. Would highly recommend against buying anything from them.
