Great environment with awesome coaches that really put the time and effort in to make it a tailored experience in a fast paced and fun session. Jake does a wonderful at job at keeping you engaged and working hard at the same time, and he's great to hone your boxing skills with.

UNPROFESSIONALISM at it’s finest.My ex partner, who was training here for 6 months, mentioned to me that her trainer named Cameron Day at this gym was asking questions about me, stalking me on Facebook, and asking how it was possible that we were able to sustain a long distance relationship (I live in Sydney and was planning to move in with my ex in Newcastle in January). I asked if I could question this guy Cameron about why it’s any of his business, and she pleaded that I wouldn’t do so.That was the last day I ever saw her.Not even 1 month after she left me, I find out that her and Cameron, the trainer at 12RND Lambton are in an intimate relationship and had already moved in together.I know she is the one to blame ultimately, but Cameron Day, and his unprofessional manner in the gym is what cost me the love of my life and what I thought was my future.It’s a gym, not a dating sight. And you’re meant to be a personal trainer, not a home wrecker.Absolutely disguisting form.This gym condones this kind of heartbreaking behaviour, and I’d recommend anyone who reads this walk the other way.

12RND push you to be your best. Every one gets supported and the trainers push you to be your best. You work hard and get results. Best fitness centre I've been to. Jake and the team are the best!
