Although my windscreen replacement was an insurance job, this is where I was directed to take it to get it repaired. I was a tad miffed as I don't live anywhere close to Rosebery. Today I left home early, not knowing what the traffic was going to be like, and arrived about 40 minutes before my appointment. Expecting a long wait, I was very surprised when they took the car in immediately. I settled down to wait and was directed to the excellent coffee bar. The car was fixed up well inside the time frame given, so I was soon on my way. What blew me away was the fact that had taken off my etag holder and my dash cam holder off the old screen and put a strong double sided tape on them ready for me to fit them on the new screen. I had already purchased replacements but that little thing they did quickly told me that they care about their customers and go that bit extra to provide an excellent service. Thank you guys, if ever I have the need again I shall not hesitate to contact you.

The staff were all pleasant and professional. The quality of work was poor, damaged caused to both center pillar trim and drivers side door window seal. Annoying as I had to order the parts internationally at considerable cost. Poor workmanship.

The WORST customer experience I have EVER endured.Engaged O'Brien's Rosebery's for a mobile windscreen chip repair on my recently purchased car only to be left with a cracked windscreen. The windscreen was left in a worse state than before O'Brien's Rosebery had come into contact with it. If I had know that O'Brien's Rosebery hired inexperienced university students as summer casual employees (his words) to carry out windscreen chip repairs, I would have never engaged their services. Not to mention, unless I had asked the individual how the service went, he was willing to leave the premises without flagging with me that he had cracked my car's windscreen. How they are allowed to provide this service/product to the public for sale is incomprehensible - with a high likelihood this service will result in a cracked windscreen, this is a money-making service for this company. As soon as I had discovered the cracked windscreen, I called O'Brien's immediately to discuss this further. I was informed by the Customer Service team at Head Office that O'Brien's would replace the windscreen FREE OF CHARGE. This certainly was not the case when I was put through to Andrew from O'Brien's Rosebery who informed me that a new windscreen would cost $1,500. What a disgrace that I would now be thousands of dollars out of pocket due the ineptness of O'Brien's Rosebery's own employee. After negotiating with Andrew on the issue, he did reduce the cost of the new windscreen, however, it is absolutely unsatisfactory that I am still hundreds of dollars out of pocket due to a company's inability to provide the service they have been engaged to do at a satisfactory quality. Not to mention, Andrew tried multiple times to wipe his hands clean of the issue and provide a refund for the windscreen chip repair and for me to go through insurance, which would only have cost me more time and money, as well as impact my own no claims discount rating - not an acceptable solution. On top of the horrific service I had received to date, I then had to endure the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not once to Andrew from O'Brien's Rosebery proactively update me on the next steps to replacing the windscreen that his own staff cracked. Not to mention, I would now need to take the car into the service centre for 3 hours to have the windscreen replaced - a far inconvenience from the original mobile service that I had engaged which came to my home. A timeline of the horrific, unsatisfactory customer service experienced below:18th Jan - incident where my new car's windscreen was cracked during an O'Brien's Rosebery mobile windscreen chip repair. Made contact with Andrew. I was advised I would receive a return call the following day to confirm how long it would take for a new windscreen to be ordered in.20th Jan - I received no call on the 19th Jan. Called O'Brien's Rosebery office which rang out. Emailed Andrew only to receive an OOO that he would be on leave until the 30th Jan. Andrew responded to my email and advised that stock would be arriving by the 30th Jan.30th Jan - I emailed and called Andrew, to which I was advised by him that stock would be arriving at the end of that week and that I would receive a call to update me by the end of the week.7th Feb - no call received week of 30th Jan. Called again that day with no response. Emailed Andrew that evening.8th Feb - Andrew finally returned my call. Tried to argue with me that he was doing me a favour" by selling me the new windscreen at a discounted rate. What a joke! I should never have been in the position where I was handing over MORE money to fix an issue that was caused by O'Brien's Rosebery.14th Feb - car was FINALLY booked in for windscreen repair. Women on the front desk tried to overcharge me for the windscreen replacement. I then had to fight until the last minute to not pay this company another dollar over what had been agreed.I will never

First time in my 14 yrs of driving that I have had to replace a windscreen from a stone chip that formed into a crack. The process of booking in the car was super simple over the phone, but what blew me away was the customer service and amenities as pictured when I rocked up at Rosebery. The replacement is more expensive than some other local places, but the service and ease end to end is worth the extra $$.

Had a windscreen replaced under insurance - insurance bounced us to them, we booked in the job and they coordinated with the insurer from there. No nonsense, turned it around when they said they would, removed dashcam, toll pass, etc. and gave double-sided tape to reattach.

Advised a replacement windscreen has a 3 month wait, after being on hold for 5 mins. Don't waste your time.

I wouldn’t usually think to review a windscreen place, but expectations were exceeded. Amazing workspace setup to wait in, I was able to get work done, attend an online meeting and enjoy a coffee in a calm, peaceful environment while my glass was being replaced. Really pleasant experience and in the unfortunate event I need another replacement or repair, i will be back.

Infuriating experience with this branch.Made the hour long trip in to have a chip resin filled only to have it fail shortly after. I was told there are no mobile technicians available and that I would have to come back into the branch to have the windscreen replaced.Another hour long trip later, I arrive and they advise me that the glass they ordered arrived cracked.Apparently quality control doesn’t exist here and no one checks the orders as they arrive.I now have to wait another week for a mobile technician to come out and replace the windscreen.Several hours I’ll never get back for a job that should have been done right in the first place.
